Apricot Ginger Sour

Ingredients

  • 1oz Bearface Whisky
  • 1oz Lemon Juice
  • 1½oz Apricot Purée
  • ½oz Ginger Syrup
  • 1oz Egg Whites 

Method

Dry shake for 10 seconds, add ice and shake, fine strain over ice.
